winter training

it has been a long season for many runner's with alot of them finishing up with a couple road races or cross-country competitions. it would be wise to get some down time in with less running and some day's off. if your a exercise addict cross-training is a suggestion to give those joints a rest. let the body heal it self and get rejuvenated for the new year. try adding some new training techniques for 2010. more stretching, add plyometrics, weight work, form and running drills. more details will follow.
