big fall season ahead with high school cross-country, junior olympics x-c, and 5k-26.2 races.
joel is now the head girl's cross-country coach at montclair high school. he has a roster of 23 very dedicated girl's. great season ahead. kristen traub now a senior at eastern christian has had 3 fine races already. winning for the 3rd year in a row, women in the park at holmdel 19:06, 2nd place in kutztown,pa. 18:57 and the season opener at darlington 1st in 18:18.

northjersey masters meets every tuesday at 5:45pm at the ben franklin middle school in ridgewood. new members are always welcome. joel designs workouts every week for the 5k-10k runners and the 15k-26.2 runners. 40-60 people show up each week.
for the youth runner there are races in mahwah with the new jersey striders or at greystone park in e.hanover every sunday.
